RETURNS
Standard returns of unused merchandise are accepted at the return expense of the customer. Any items returned outside of this condition will not be refunded. Only merchandise cost will be refunded (original shipping cost is not). Please use the contact us form or email directly for returns. Custom crafted items cannot be returned.

LOST SHIPMENTS
For any shipment showing successfully delivered by USPS to a physical address that you report as lost, no action will be taken by Holocraftic until a stolen item report is filed with your local police department, your local USPS hub/office is contacted regarding non-delivery, and a copy of all report documents are provided to Holocraftic.
INCORRECT ORDER INFORMATION
The customer assumes full responsibility for entering correct order information, selecting the correct options wanted, and preemptively contacting Holocraftic in the event of website errors when placing or if mistakes are made in the order information/selection. Holocraftic will not be held responsible for any order mistakes entered by the customer, including incorrect shipping addresses or incomplete shipping information leading to the package being lost or delivered to a 3rd party address. No refunds, coupons, or discounts will be provided in these cases.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By purchasing any item, the customer (you) purchasing the goods agrees that:
- Any questions had about safety, ingredients, warnings, use, potential use, etc have been asked prior to purchase
- That any warnings on product listings have been read thoroughly and understood completely
- Recognizes and agrees they have a responsibility to consider potential personal hazards that Holocraftic or its owner cannot foresee
The customer (you) agrees by making a purchase and due to the above statements that they have carefully considered any personal risks of purchase and will not hold Holocraftic or its owner liable for any damages incurred due to lack of information or personal risks that Holocraftic or its owner could not have had knowledge of.
The customer (you) agrees that Holocraftic or its owner will not be held liable in any way for customer damage and/or harm incurred of any kind due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage of any item purchased. No amount and/or form of money shall be requested or provided for misuse, mishandling, or improper storage including consequential damages, incidental damages, and punitive damages.
